On episode #37, I talk about 3 important habits you need to start implementing in order to calm the racing mind. When you start to: exercise and meditate, use rational thoughts, and slow down, you begin to create more order in your life. With exercise comes the release of any built of adrenaline and the release of endorphins, making you feel lighter and that you can handle anything. Meditation allows your mind to slow down and it helps boost your immune health. Rational thoughts challenge other negative thoughts and slowing down allows you to become more mindful of what your doing and what you need to do.
