Hello, I am Brad Robinson. As a certified CBT Coach and NLP Master Practitioner I coach and mentor others battling with severe anxiety.

Since the age of 10, I myself suffered from Generalized Anxiety Disorder on and off until my late twenties. Health Anxiety (Hypochondria), Agoraphobia, Depersonalization, Social Anxiety – I had it.  Then, through a structured approach, I actually overcame this dragon. What seemed utterly hopeless was very much conquerable through discipline and persistence.

My mission, is to provide you with a structured step-by-step approach for overcoming this dragon of anxiety, naturally. No medication, no crutches but real wisdom that will propel you to a quality of life you never knew existed. CBT therapy works with your unconscious patterns of behaviour and small shifts in the way you act will change your mental and physical state. NLP works with the mind and how we perceive the world. We can reframe past memories linked to pain, guilt, etc, which will release the grip they have over us. My aim is to help guide you through this process of self mastery and to build upon this new foundation of confidence and independence.
