I am a certified CBT Coach and NLP Master Practitioner who specializes in anxiety disorders.  

At the age of 10, I experienced a panic attack that would forever shape my future. During my childhood, I became very sensitized toward my health and the world around me. Going about life in an automated state, saying things that I really didn’t mean to say and having no control over limiting thoughts, I attracted many negative circumstances into my life.

After graduating from film school in 2012, I worked in the camera department as a freelance assistant for various production companies around Toronto. For the next 6 years, I worked on productions such as: Suites, American Gods, Star Trek: Discovery, and live studio productions for Entertainment Tonight Canada. During this time I began putting myself down because I wasn’t where I wanted to be. I deeply felt ashamed of who I was, and had a vague idea on where I was going in life.

Years later, while walking around The Art Gallery of Ontario, I experienced a panic attack that would lead to consecutive panic attacks down the road. Completely sensitized and experiencing extreme health anxiety (worried about ones state of health), I would go to the doctors and get checked out constantly. Completely confused, bewildered, and desperate (the doctor found no health concerns), I looked for answers online to find out what exactly was going on. I then stumbled upon a life coach that related to my story and finally found the answers I was looking for. Then I became a student of anxiety and took responsibility for my anxiety disorder.

How I Became The Anxiety Project…

The most affected way to overcome anxiety is through systematic desensitization and NLP practices. I do not believe in talk therapy because even though it feels good to talk about our problems, the root cause and underlying fears still remain present within our unconscious. There is a time and place for talk therapy, but most of the time people who do talk therapy for years never fully recover from anxiety. Talk therapy just masks the problem and these therapists do not provide the right tools and techniques needed to help others fully perceive their past traumatic events and experiences differently. I followed a CBT and NLP structure that relieved me of my anxiety disorder, naturally, and rid me of any toxic beliefs and stored issues that I kept holding on to.

I conquered anxiety and became a master of my internal world. I am more consciously aware of my current mental state than ever before in my life. I fell in-love with the change process and overcoming anxiety became the reason why I dedicate my time to help others overcome their own life challenges. Now as a mentor, my project is to help others overcome their life challenges and become self-mastered. There is a systematic and natural approach to overcoming anxiety and I will help guide you toward the life you so desperately want.
