“No matter how many people care about you, she thought, if you can’t be open with them about who you truly are, you’re still alone.”
― Diane Chamberlain, The Silent Sister

On episode #64 of The Anxiety Project Podcast, I go over 5 ways to overcome that feeling of being alone with anxiety. When I went through my anxiety disorder in the past, I felt alone and helpless. I felt like whatever illness I had was uniquely my own and no one else’s. My parents would always tell me to relax or go have a beer and calm down. They would speak to me as if they knew how I was feeling, but to me, I felt like they didn’t understand what was going on within me. The goal of this podcast is to provide you with the tools that will help you widen your narrow perspective over your circumstances and help you properly connect with those around you.
