On episode #68, I go over my transition from anxiety sufferer to the beginning stages of recovery and how developing new tools and techniques for my tool belt became essential for handling the chaos. I will never forget that moment when I had my first paradigm shift (that “aha” moment). I was watching Youtube videos of others talking about health anxiety and it suddenly clicked, maybe I am not actually going crazy and maybe I don’t actually have an illness. I then talk about about my journey to recovery and how I began developing the right tools (habits) to reduce my anxiety and live a more peaceful life mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
