On episode #70, I talk about how you can mentally prepare yourself for an upcoming event you are anxious about. It can be anything from going into work or school, to a party or a friendly meet up, I go into detail on what you need to do in order to successfully get through the situation with minimal anxiety. If you enter the dragons lair without a proper sword and shield, you will be eaten alive (so to speak). You won’t know how to handle the anxiety during the event, so you will most likely leave and thus worsening your anxiety in the future.
