ABOUT BRAD

I am a Cognitive Behavioralist and NLP Master Practitioner, who helps those suffering from anxiety and health anxiety.

I suffered from anxiety on and off since I was a child. In my mid twenties, it turned into a generalized anxiety disorder. I was afraid to leave my home because I was afraid of dying somewhere where there is no one around to help me. I was shy, angry, anxious, and afraid of the world around me. I overcame anxiety naturally, and designed this program based on the information and techniques that were most effective in my recovery.
